We live in unprecedented times and the maps we have been given do not depict the territories we find ourselves in. Fortunately, our souls naturally carry a life-long project that can orient us even in the darkest times. The problem is that the paths of awakening are typically blocked by received ideas, early life traumas and over-adaptation to the expectations of others.
The real adventures begin when we step off the beaten paths and enter the betwixt and between of liminal space where the spirit of life and the genius of the soul can speak directly to us. In liminal conditions we can shed what is no longer life enhancing and awaken to the paths our souls would have us take.
Such an inner awakening involves what ancient Greeks called a metanoia, a complete transformation that involves, not just a change of mind, but also a change of heart. For when the mind moves closer to the heart, we can experience an expansion of imagination that releases otherwise untapped capacities for healing and renewal.
This workshop will draw upon the redeeming functions of myth and the revitalizing energy of creative imagination that can lead to meaningful paths to follow no matter what your age or current stage in life might be and no matter how troubled the world becomes.

- How each person is uniquely called to find pathways to the sacred and experience the presence of the divine.
