This is a hard time to be alive. We can easily feel overwhelmed by the cascade of crises affecting most levels of nature and culture. We can feel painfully isolated by the pandemic and dangerously divided as a people. There can seem to be nowhere to turn for genuine refuge or meaningful resources. Yet, each person carries an inner connection to the inherited treasure of the human soul, which includes surprising resources, profound capacities for creation and enduring instincts for survival.
Although the ego or “little self” can be overwhelmed with fear, anxiety and isolation, the soul remains undaunted. It seeks our individual transformation as well as a renewal of the world. It views each dilemma and troubling obstacle as a threshold through which the hidden inheritance of humanity can enter the world through us.When the outside world rattles with trouble and ruptures with uncertainty, it is time to draw upon the deep resources of the soul that include the powers of imagination, the inner treasury of ideas and the archetypal energies that can bring forth deep capacities to heal and make life whole and truly meaningful again.
Mosaic’s Hidden Abundance series will focus upon the inner inheritance of creative energies and healing capacities that can be found in each person’s soul.

FEBRUARY 12 -The Treasure Hard to Obtain (HD Recording) - PURCHASE
Each time we unlock the original pattern within us we align with our inner gradient and find a path with heart and soul. In contrast to the sense of a heroic journey that leads to treasure in the outside world, the road of awakening involves a pilgrimage to the genuine center of the deep self. What is so often sought in the outer world waits to be discovered in the soul’s inner realm. As things fall apart all around us, we have to find the center of the deep self within us.

The rigid attitudes of our ego or little-self make it difficult to connect to the imagination and vitality of the greater self within us. The deeper self is our true center that can be both a place of stillness and refuge or a place of breaking open and breaking through the limitations of the little self. Thus, attaining the center is equivalent to an initiation and a consecration. Yet, each approach to the center awakens our internal obstacles and inner demons. Typically, a sacrifice is required in order to breakthrough and dwell in the center again.
